After their stained glass window of Weed Memlo, their first director, is destroyed by an operatic prima donna's high notes, the Warners get revenge on her during her performance of Carmen.


  • This cartoon is an updated version of the classic cartoon Long-Haired Hare, in which Bugs Bunny takes revenge on another snooty opera singer.

In the midst of the Nazi invasion of Poland, Rita and Runt help a little girl named Katrina reunite with her father while avoiding the enemy. Katrina promises to adopt them both when she's reunited with her father and they escape.

In the end, Katrina and her father are reunited and escape Poland via train. Rita barely manages to catch the train, Run just misses it, so Rita jumps from the train leaves Katrina and her father and stays in Poland as she felt she can't leave Runt.


  • Newt, from the first Minerva Mink cartoon, appears as the non-speaking dachsund.
  • Katrina is voiced by a very young Elisabeth Moss, now best known for her work on TV's Mad Men.
  • The Warners cameo doing their train imitation from "The Big Candy Store" at the train station.
