Cody Ruegger is one of the sons of Animaniacs creator Tom Ruegger and the brother of Luke and Nathan Ruegger. On Animaniacs, he voiced the character of Little Blue Bird in the cartoons "Wild Blue Yonder", "My Mother the Squirrel" and "The Twelve Days of Christmas". He would later go on to voice Loud Kiddington on Histeria!
