Frau Hassenfeffer is a love interest of Dr. Scratchansniff's. Every time he attempts to make an advance on her, she rejects him by not wanting any physical contact and asks him for more food. She usually hates being flirted by Otto until "The Party". Her nationality is German, and she is voiced by Tress MacNeille.
She appears as the Acme Falls butcher in Wakko's Wish.
