Gail Matthius (born January 14, 1953) is an American comedian, actress and voice actress. She had a stint on Saturday Night Live in the '90s. She provided her valley girl voice for the character of Shirley the Loon on Tiny Toon Adventures. Within the Animaniacs franchise, Matthius lent her voice for several miscellaneous female characters such as Candie Chipmunk.
