Frank Welker
Franklin Wendell "Frank" Welker (born March 12, 1946) is an American actor who specializes in voice acting. He is known for his long running role of Fred Jones in the Scooby Doo franchise, and is known for provided the vocals for animals.
He is best known to voice characters such as, Thaddeus Plotz, Ralph T. Guard, Runt, Buttons, Chicken Boo, Flavio Hippo and other characters.
