Mr.Ka-Boom
Mr. Ka-Boom is Mrs. Ka-Boom’s husband and Katie Ka-Boom and Tinker Ka-Boom’s father. In every episode he has to work to calm down his daughter, although there are a few where he is indirectly involved with the blow-up, such as when his driving advice failed to be heeded or he demanded no one use the phone as he was anticipating an important business call.
He has brown hair and wears a blue sweater over a white collared shirt, black shoes and brown pants. He’s voiced by Rob Paulsen, most famous on the show for his role as Yakko. Based on the appearance on mannerisms of Mr. Ka-Boom, it’s strongly suggested he was modeled after actor James Stewart, in particular his role as George Bailey from It's a Wonderful Life.
In the episode The Prom, When Katie wanted a later curfew for her prom, Mr. Ka-Boom actually stood his ground refusing at first to give her a later curfew, no more than midnight, this also led to Katie pleading with him, deciding to let her come home at 1:30.
