Reef Blunt is the Chairman of the Federal Television Agency who wants to stop TV violence and put all educational programs on every TV station.

He was voiced by Rob Paulsen in this episode, "Bully for Skippy."

Trivia

Reef is a parody of former FCC chairman Reed Hundt.
- His name is comprised of two terms related to marijuana. "Reefer" is an archaic nickname for the plant, and a "blunt" is a rolled marijuana "cigarette."
